I built Guided Home Prep for the people who don't know where to start.

Before real estate, I spent nearly 20 years in operations, planning, process improvement, and project management; work that taught me how to take complicated situations, break them into manageable steps, and keep everything moving.

In 2023, I helped two out-of-state families prepare their parents' homes for what came next. They didn't need another company telling them what to do. They needed someone local who could help figure out what needed to happen and coordinate it.

After the second project, I realized how many homeowners face the same problem.

That's why I created Guided Home Prep.
