Guided Home Prep is a property preparation and coordination service of Bodacious Properties. We help homeowners understand and coordinate the practical steps that may be involved in preparing, maintaining, transitioning, or addressing a property.
Depending on the circumstances, services may include coordinating cleanouts, repairs, maintenance, property preparation, contractors, vendors, moving-related resources, and other professionals. We may also help homeowners understand different paths that may be available for a property and connect them with appropriate resources.
Guided Home Prep does not guarantee that any particular service, provider, property solution, transaction, or outcome will be available or appropriate for your circumstances. The specific services provided, if any, will depend on your needs, the property, service availability, and any separate agreements entered into with Bodacious Properties or a third-party provider.
Real Estate Brokerage Disclosure
Kasey King is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania and Maryland and is affiliated with Iron Valley Real Estate Hanover. Any real estate brokerage services provided by Kasey King, including representation in the purchase or sale of real estate, are provided through Iron Valley Real Estate Hanover and are subject to applicable real estate laws, regulations, brokerage policies, and separate agreements.
Guided Home Prep is a service of Bodacious Properties and is not a real estate brokerage. Use of the Guided Home Prep website, submission of a form, scheduling of a conversation, or use of property preparation or coordination services does not by itself create a broker-client, agency, or other real estate representation relationship.
If you choose to engage Kasey King for real estate representation, the nature and terms of that relationship will be addressed separately through the required brokerage disclosures and agreements.

In some circumstances, a referral may involve compensation where permitted by applicable law and applicable brokerage requirements. Any required disclosures will be provided as appropriate. You are not required to use a provider simply because we recommend or introduce them.
No Guarantee of Results
Bodacious Properties and Guided Home Prep do not guarantee any particular outcome from the use of our website, services, recommendations, referrals, or property-related information.
