Can you help if I live out of state?

Yes. Guided Home Prep is especially helpful for families managing a property from a distance. We can assess the property locally, help develop the plan, coordinate vendors and services, and keep you updated so you don't have to manage every detail from another state.

How much does Guided Home Prep cost?

Costs depend on the property, the work needed, and the services you choose. After we understand the situation, we'll outline the recommended work and expected costs before you decide what you want to move forward with. There is no one-size-fits-all package.

Do I have to sell my property to work with you?

Guided Home Prep is primarily designed for homeowners and families preparing a property for a transition, including a potential sale. Our property-preparation services aren't designed as general remodeling or ongoing home-maintenance services for properties owners plan to keep long term.
